Not only does OWS maintain a secure and persistent cloud-to cloud connection to receive access and intrusion events, but it also checks for updates to device names and for newly added devices. When a user changes the name of a sensor or door, the information automatically passes through to OWS with no manual synchronization required.

Enterprise Video Paired with Sensor and Intrusion Devices

Associate OpenEye cameras with Alarm.com sensor and intrusion devices and users get easy access to video directly on their Alarm.com for Business Activity Page. Events on the Activity Page or Alarm.com mobile app include a link that opens the OWS client to view video from linked cameras at the time an event occurred. Connecting both platforms in the cloud reduces time spent manually searching for video footage of important events and creates a better user experience.
