Julie joined Absco in 2007 as an administrative coordinator on our operations team. Since then, she has grown tremendously into her current role of corporate operations manager.

In her current role, Julie is the hub of communications and scheduling for all implementations out of Lynnwood and works closely with operations program manager on service and the field operation managers out of Spokane and Beaverton to provide support across the company.

She is the go-to person for many of our customers because of her incredible knowledge and her great customer service.  Our technicians appreciate Julie for her support of their daily challenges and recognition of their accomplishments. All of us value Julie’s leadership, capability, and positive attitude.

In 2019, Julie received the Veronica Slabaugh Award for the way she embodies Absco Solutions’ values of accountability, respectful and transparent relationships, striving for excellence and measuring our efforts by our customers’ success.

We are very grateful for all the time and energy she has dedicated to Absco Solutions. Julie is an amazing team member, and we cannot wait to see how she continues to grow and contribute to Absco Solutions in the years to come!
