Ken joined Absco in 1996 as a low voltage electrical apprentice; he brought with him the hard work ethic and determination that made him a Division 1 College athlete at Washington State University and a pitcher for the Cleveland Indians organization. Ken started working independently managing installations and taking on service call duties his second year with Absco. In 1998, he was awarded the Absco Solutions “Most Improved” Award. After attaining his electrical low-voltage journey license, Ken accepted greater responsibilities, becoming a lead technician, then a project manager

Ken's journey with Absco Solutions has been nothing short of impressive. From starting out as a low-voltage electrical apprentice to now holding the position of Design Estimating Supervisor, Ken has proven himself to be a valuable asset to the company. Throughout his 25 years at Absco, he has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic and determination that stems from his background as a Division 1 College athlete and a former pitcher for the Cleveland Indians organization. Ken's growth within the company has been remarkable, starting off as an independent worker and eventually taking on greater responsibilities as a lead technician and project manager.

His dedication and expertise have earned him the Absco Solutions "Most Improved" Award in 1998 and have allowed him to provide design oversight and management in his current role. Despite his professional achievements, Ken's positive attitude and sense of humor are what truly makes him stand out. He is known as the office prankster and always manages to bring a light and fun atmosphere to the workplace. Additionally, Ken is always willing to lend a helping hand and his extensive industry and company knowledge make him a valuable resource for his colleagues. Absco Solutions is grateful for Ken's contributions and looks forward to seeing how he will continue to grow and make a difference in the years to come.

He currently holds the position of Design Estimating Supervisor out of our Lynnwood office. In this role, Ken provides design oversight and management to uphold Absco Solutions’ reputation and provide solutions that are appropriate, meeting our overarching company and customer goals.

Ken’s positive attitude and mentality are contagious. He is the office prankster and always has a joke to keep the mood light and fun. All jokes aside, Ken is always there to help and with 25 years of industry and company knowledge, he typically has the answer to all your questions with plenty of information to back it up!

We sincerely appreciate the time and energy that Ken has dedicated to Absco Solutions. He is a key member of the team, and we cannot wait to see how he continues to grow and contribute to Absco Solutions in the years to come!
