Ken joined Absco in 1996 as a low voltage electrical apprentice; he brought with him the hard work ethic and determination that made him a Division 1 College athlete at Washington State University and a pitcher for the Cleveland Indians organization. Ken started working independently managing installations and taking on service call duties his second year with Absco. In 1998, he was awarded the Absco Solutions “Most Improved” Award. After attaining his electrical low-voltage journey license, Ken accepted greater responsibilities, becoming a lead technician, then a project manager.
He currently holds the position of Design Estimating Supervisor out of our Lynnwood office. In this role, Ken provides design oversight and management to uphold Absco Solutions’ reputation and provide solutions that are appropriate, meeting our overarching company and customer goals.
Ken’s positive attitude and mentality are contagious. He is the office prankster and always has a joke to keep the mood light and fun. All jokes aside, Ken is always there to help and with 25 years of industry and company knowledge, he typically has the answer to all your questions with plenty of information to back it up!
We sincerely appreciate the time and energy that Ken has dedicated to Absco Solutions. He is a key member of the team, and we cannot wait to see how he continues to grow and contribute to Absco Solutions in the years to come!
