Take the time to utilize the training resources available to you, including:

  • create user log ins for your system’s training portal on the vendor's website
  • watch any YouTube videos the vendor has posted
  • reach out to your integrator to find out about training with a technician
  • reach out to your integrator to ask if direct training is available from the vendor

Ensuring that any team members who are engaging with your systems are properly trained will allow you to use your system to it's fullest potential and help ensure your system is being utilized and maintained correctly.
